Order Instructions

Our online team jersey design technologies make designing, proofing and ordering team jerseys, without minimum orders or setups, incredibly easy.

When you browse TeamSportswear.com you can select any team jersey and then choose from team layout design options, select your team colors and personalize the jersey with player numbers and names, by jersey size. A visual representation of the team jersey is dynamically generated for you to proof and team quantity discounts are automatically calculated for convenient purchasing.

Once items have been decorated, they CAN NOT be returned or exchange unless for defects in workmanship. For items that are numbered, if specific numbers are not selected we will choose the appropriate number style and assign numbers starting with #1 and ending with the total number of items ordered. TeamSportswear reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit and look attractive on the uniform ordered.

We do not reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark, we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.

We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

Embroidery

Embroidery on your garments can include text and graphics. With each embroidered item you purchase, you can specify a custom logo, straight text, or up to two lines of text and one of our Instant Embroidery Logos. You can have your own custom logo converted into a rich, three-dimensional, embroidery format absolutely FREE when you purchase just (6) of any one style of our garments. This is a savings of $95! We're willing to make this investment in order to build a long-term relationship with you and your company.

LogoSportswear.com has compiled a huge library of instant clipart embroidery designs and embroidered designs. Create one-of-a-kind logos for your business, family re-unions, sports teams, etc. without minimum order or setup fees. Prices on our site include embroidered design on the garment. Quantity discounts do apply. Each design has a file number that you will need to enter when you personalize your embroidery order in our shopping cart. For instant embroidery logos, the first line of text will be arched over the logo you choose, and the second line will be straight under the logo.

Embroidering Caps

For our custom caps we only offer embroidery decoration only. Prices on our web site include one front location embroidery. Additional locations will add to price. Maximum embroidery size for custom caps is 4.2" w x 2.1" and visors is 4.2" w x 1.1". Maximum letter size 2". The smallest letters that can be embroidered is .25" high.

Just click the [ Personalize Now ] link to launch our online embroidery designer and you can then upload your custom logo, choose from our embroidery clipart and enter in text, font and thread color choices. Our software will dynamically create a visual representation of the embroidery design for you to review and proof.

Digital Printing and Photo Printing

• Our direct-to-garment printing technology offers vibrant, FULL color designs and photo prints never before offered. We can print your custom designed shirts as large as 13" wide X 11" high. Direct digital isn’t as restrictive as traditional screen printing.
• Vector art, high resolution bitmap images or even a digital camera photos can be used for your custom designed tshirts. There’s no concern for spot vs. process color, as printing is done directly from the computer to the tshirt printer. Create your digital art design files so they can be opened in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. Graphics should be actual size or larger, with a resolution of 150dpi.

Screenprinting

• Screenprinting is durable and offer good vibrancy. We use this process when larger quantities are needed. Screenprinting uses spot color, as there is a screen setups for every color in the design. Over a large quantity of shirts your per unit costs can be lower than digital printing. Maximum size of imprint is limited to 12" X 12".

Vinyl Signs / Lettering

Our computerized Cad-Cut Lettering/Numbering department offers letter alignment, connecting script names, and TeamSports applications such as player's names and numbers. Call or E-Mail us for more information.

Simple vs. Complex Designs

Our simplified sign pricing system breaks down lettering and sign pricing between simple and complex designs. Simple designs are generally basic lettering while complex designs include a logo or graphics. Choose the one appropriate to your logo/graphics and then proceed to checkout.

For vinyl-cut graphics, artwork will be made into vectors (i.e. outlines, curves). We prefer artwork in this format. These files are often are created in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator and have file extensions such as .eps, .ai, and .cdr.
