Our in-house graphics design, production and fulfillment processes allow us to offer quick response, convenience, and value.
Our on demand retail and technology platform makes it easy for users to Design, Buy, Share and Sell customer-designed sportswear, signs/banners, and PromoProducts without minimum order or setup restrictions. Try our online LogoDesigner™ software, it is truly breakthrough technology! We offer on demand embroidery, screen printing, digital printing and transfer printing personalization services made possible by years of R&D, proprietary manufacturing systems, and software development. These technologies empower you to design, buy and/or sell products with no upfront cost.
Our online shopping system uses secure servers to protect your personal and credit card information. Payment for blank and custom orders must be received before work can begin. If you prefer to order on the phone, you can call us toll-free, 877-535-5646, Monday-Friday from 9 am - 6:30 pm EST (outside the U.S. 203-272-4883). Our trained sales consultants can help you with your personalization questions and assist you to ensure that your your next promotion or event is a creative success.
You may email us Info@teamsportswear.com with your order requirements our use our Request A Quote form. Don't forget to specify style, color, quantities and decoration options. We will respond back to you with an email written quote. In order to process your order, you must confirm that all information is correct and that it is ok to bill and process. If you do not confirm your order, it will be placed on hold until we can verify the information. This is likely to delay your order.

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. This procedure makes your account information unreadable from the time your order is submitted until the time it reaches us.
When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.
TeamSportswear respects intellectual property and we ask our users to do the same. Our customers are responsible to see that the content they create does not infringe the rights of others. We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.
We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.

- In-stock custom products with FastTrack icon ship out in 5 days.*
- Other custom products ship in two weeks.
- Processing time begins the next business day after order is submitted. If order requires artwork or embroidery approval processing time begins the next business day after the design or logo is approved, in writing, via email. Any delays in the final design approval will delay your order.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

In-stock, blank items ship in 1-2 days. Personalized orders ship between 4-10 business days (depending on the product) of billed and approved order.

We mostly ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail. We can not be responsible for delayed orders caused by our shipping carriers. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

Certain heavier or oversized items (i.e. some bags, outerwear, signs) may be incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you by email before we ship these oversized items for approval.

International Shipments. We do ship to International and military (APO, etc.) addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). For non-military, international addresses you will be emailed if there are any additional shipping charges. Shipping fees do not reflect any customs or duty fees which are the buyer's responsibility. We do not ship to International PO boxes or UPS 2-Day Air to Canada. Free shipping promotions NOT applicable on international orders.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee for blank items (less shipping) provided they are returned within 15-days from receipt of order. All custom products are made-to-order. LogoSportswear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your product has defects in workmanship we will fix it for free. LogoSportswear reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and look attractive on the item ordered. Please note that once an item gets customized we can't reuse or resell.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors.
