"I was pretty impressed with the overall service and price. The hats I ordered were embroidered perfectly. However the quality of the basic hat was a little disappointing. Each hat had a different shape to it. Some hats were OK but some had a crease or a slight fold on the side of the hat when wearing it. It looked like the consturction of the base hat did not have very good quality control. If I ordered again I would order a different model of hat. "
