Sublimation, or Dye Sublimation, is a new printing method allowing you to maximize the 'wicking' properties of performance fabrics. It allows you to custom design
full color graphics for light-colored moisture wicking apparel. Only light colored moisture wicking jerseys or uniforms can be sublimated. For this reason, we cannot print white inks.
In the case of dark colored jerseys and uniforms, we can digitally cad print and heat apply and opaque film that prevents the dark shirt color from bleeding through the graphic. However, for maximum breathability, we still recommend that you choose a light colored jersey when dealing with sublimation.
Our custom moisture wicking jerseys and custom moisture wicking uniforms are engineered to 'wick' moisture away from the skin, thus transporting it away from the body to evaporate.
