If your sweatshirts are embroidered, wash it inside out with warm water and mild detergent. Don't use bleach, peroxide, or optical brighteners. Tumble dry on medium heat and promptly hang to avoid wrinkles. Avoid excessive wringing and leaving items folded damp.
For printed sweatshirts, wash it inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Similar to embroidered sweatshirts, avoid using bleaching agents, peroxide, or optical brighteners. Tumble dry on low or cool dryer setting or hang dry. Do not iron the design to prolong its life.
