Printing Options for Your T-Shirt Design

• Printed option can be done in different methods and our decoration team will recommend the one that will execute your design best. They'll choose the proper process for your order based on the custom T-shirt order's garment, color, and quantity.
  • Screen printing is a traditional method for longer-run orders, resulting in crisp colors and high durability. A minimum of 72 T-shirts is required for this customization.
  • Digital printing is applied on full-color designs like photo t-shirt designs, vector art, and high-resolution bitmap images.
  • Cadcut printing is done on team names and numbers on athletic t-shirts. It's also recommended for decorations on dark garments, polyester/cotton, and tri-blend t-shirts.
  • Sublimation printing is used on dry performance T-shirts to maximize their wicking properties. This method uses heat to dye polyester fibers without restricting the flow of air and moisture through the garment. It works best with light-colored shirts and isn't recommended for dark-colored fabrics. When done right, this method results in vibrant, enduring designs that don't crack or peel.

Can I order multiple sizes, quantities, and colors and still receive a quantity discount?

Yes you can but only if the order uses the same design across all garments. We also typically provide customers with the same advertised bulk discount, even if they need different colors or complimentary men's and ladies' styles. Where can I place my logo or design on the custom T-shirts?

Here are the placements for logos and designs on LogoSportsWear custom T-shirts:

• Front is the most common location for a logo or design. Our Online Designer lets you preview its placement in the center, left or right chest, or across the entire front of the shirt.
• Left or right sleeve is a subtle way to promote your brand on the personalized t-shirts.
• Back is also a popular location and works best for larger designs or specific messages.

What file format should I use for my custom T-shirt design?

If you are uploading a file to the site, our preferred file types are AI, EPS, PDF, and PNG. We also accept SVG, CDR, JPG, TIF, GIF, and BMP.

Can I see a sample of the T-shirt before it's printed?

Yes, you may request a virtual proof of your design for a closer review. Contact our Help Desk at 877-535-5646 and select option 3 for more details. We can also send a proof via email if you're ordering custom embroidery for the first time.

How do I design my own custom T-shirt?

To design your company logo T-shirts, indicate all your order specifications on the custom-made T-shirts page and select "Start Designing". This step will take you to the Online Designer, where you can upload the logo file and preview its appearance on your preferred t-shirt. You can also browse the available design templates and edit them to display your organization's name.

How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Your Order page and input your order number and email address to see the latest status on your custom t-shirts.
